How can I imagine the picture size?
The below overview should give you an indication of how big the print is in reality.
In addition, we always find it useful to measure the spot where you would hang the print, to get a feel for how amazing it would look!
How do I put the print on my wall?
All our fine art prints are ready to hang, with the hanging system included in the price. Depending on whether the print has a frame or not, the hanging system differs slightly.

Please let us know at the time of your order, if you would prefer your print without the included hanging system.
How long do I have to wait for my art print?
Your picture is produced directly for you. After placing your order, we will confirm the purchase after 24 - 48 hours. With the confirmation, we will start the production of your picture, which will take approximately one week, depending on the time of the year and which product you have chosen. When your art print is ready for delivery, it will take another few of days to deliver the package to you, depending on where you live. In general, you should expect to receive your delivery within two weeks of purchase.
How do I pay for my art print?
We accept the credit cards Visa and Maester Card. With the confirmation of your purchase, the total purchase price will be withdrawn from your card.
Can I change or regret my purchase?
Until the order confirmation has been sent by us, you can change or cancel your order as you like. However, as we produce the art print based on your order, it is important that you understand that once we have confirmed the purchase, you cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order.
How much will the delivery cost?
All prices are including delivery cost for our standard destinations.
To which countries do you deliver?
Currently, our fine art prints can be sent to all countries in the European Union, as well as Norway and Switzerland. Please note that the currency is Euro.
Should you wish to have an art print delivered to a different country, please contact us at contact@jalisart.com and we will try our outmost to find a solution.
What happens if the picture is damaged when I receive it?
Please open your package right away when you receive. Should it be damaged, please send us a photo with a description of the damage to contact@jalisart.com. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss how to replace the print.
How do I participate in a workshop?
Jalis Art offers web-based individual courses. Each course has a duration of 8 hours and can be booked through purchasing the course through the webshop. After your order, we will contact you to set the schedule for the course and the duration of each session. The workshop has to be paid in advance, but not until we have agreed on the setting and content to fit your wishes. We will send you a confirmation of our agreement, before the purchase price is withdrawn from your card.
A workshop can also be organised as a face-to-face course, for a small group or event. Please contact us at contact@jalisart.com to discuss how we can best accommodate your requirements.
